3. Candidate Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and CV. You consent to the automated screening of your application and understand that false information may lead to account termination.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and company profiles. You agree not to use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.

5. Limitation of Liability

Swift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any employment decisions made by candidates or employers using the platform.
